Senior Director, PMO & Corporate Transformation                                                                  September 2024 - Present

• Partner with the executive team to translate enterprise strategy into prioritized initiatives and quarterly priorities with clear ownership, milestones and governance.

• Built and currently lead the cross-functional program standardizing 160 dental practices on Denticon, establishing the team, implementation methodology and repeatable deployment framework; 61 practices live with 99 remaining.

• Helped recover and complete a challenged Workday implementation, strengthening RAID management, escalation paths, executive reporting and steering governance while supporting rollout, training, go-live and post-go-live stabilization.

• Lead PMO governance across M&A integration, enterprise data warehouse, artificial intelligence and other transformation initiatives, including integration of 38 acquired dental practices.

Program Director, ERP & Supply Chain Transformation

• Assumed leadership of a Tecsys Elite supply chain transformation after approximately three years without implementation, resetting governance, planning, accountability and delivery cadence.

• Directed cross-functional business, vendor and project teams through successful production go-live in early 2026.

• Currently leading the subsequent warehouse management program, with the first WMS release targeted for October 2026.

Digital Transformation, ERP & Operations Consultant

• Served for 12 months as interim COO, partnering with executives to improve demand planning, manufacturing and operational processes and define the enterprise technology roadmap.

• Led the phased implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 Sales, delivering Financials, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing and CRM capabilities.

• Established cross-functional governance connecting business priorities, process design, technology delivery and adoption.

• Transitioned the implemented platforms into ongoing enhancement and production support.

INFINITE INVESTMENT SYSTEMS | Toronto, Ontario

PMO Consultant

• Conducted a focused PMO and operating-model assessment for a wealth-management technology organization, reviewing the lifecycle from pre-sales through implementation and support.

• Developed practical recommendations covering process, organizational structure, governance, strategy, roles and job design.

• Designed, planned, setup and managed a scalable and consistent project delivery and governance framework with over a $35M portfolio, across the enterprise (multiple business units) and scaled up the PMO to double the size to a team of twenty (20) in the first year.

• Led and facilitated the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) initiative globally including the current state assessment, process definitions, rollout planning and post roll out engagement program.

• Set up the Integration Management Office (IMO) with processes and templates to manage integration of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and led the planning and execution of two (2) acquisitions in the first year.

• Designed, planned and setup a centralized IT department supporting the enterprise (700 employees across 3 different continents) including developing vision, goals, structure and plans encompassing workplace IT functions and enterprise application design, deployment & management.

Strategy Execution & PMO

• Facilitator of the Canada leadership team leading the development planning and execution of the 5-year strategy by establishing a project delivery and governance framework linking strategy with execution.

• Established and managed a new PMO for Canada while partnering with corporate PMO in the US and was able to create a more simpler and robust delivery framework to meet both local and corporate needs.

• Led an enterprise change management program including developing the vision, mission, strategic pillars and goals with the executive team.

• Led the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Project team in Canada and integrated the patient recovery business in Canada, a $6.1 Billion global acquisition by Cardinal Health.

E-Commerce & Enterprise Systems

• Managed the B2B & B2C eCommerce businesses and established Cardinal Health as a leader in the Canadian digital healthcare space. Launched the B2B eCommerce site on the HCL Commerce (formerly IBM web commerce) platform and a successful pilot B2C site in Ontario on the “Shopify” platform in 2019.

• Managed enterprise applications including ERP (JD Edwards etc.), CRM (Salesforce), Warehouse Management System (AIMS), Transportation Management System (Tecsys), EDI, etc.

• Introduced and implemented ‘Agile’ (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies in technology and non-technology settings.

• Established and evolved a Project Management Office (PMO), aligning and implementing project delivery and governance framework aligned with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

• Managed a $30M portfolio of multiyear transformational initiatives, including multi-year strategy planning, annual business planning, project management and technology operational management across the breadth of the Global Technology Services & Solutions group (GTSS).

• Championed Agile transformation by building a team of ‘Agile’ coaches and Scrum Masters for the student lending portfolio.

Strategy Execution & PMO

• Responsible for execution of the organizational strategy by connecting the strategic pillars and goals with projects.

• Established the Project Management Office (PMO) and implemented the Open Agile methodology.

E-Commerce & Enterprise Systems

• Managed a team of 40 including development, QA, PMO & customer support teams.

• Led the implementation of NetSuite ERP system including financials and CRM, increasing the system adoption from 40% to 90%.

• Conceived and led a digital transformational program, TNG (the Next Generation) to revamp the technology stack of the product offering at Workopolis.

• Implemented and championed ‘Agile’ (Scrum) and revamped and relaunched the B2B eCommerce site.

• Established a Project Management Office (PMO), responsible for creating, implementing and managing a project management methodology (processes, best practices, tools, and templates) across the organization to deliver repeatable results.

• Delivered over 20 high-profile ERP implementation projects in supply chain management, logistics, distribution, warehouse management and manufacturing space with a special focus in the areas of Export Packing for automotive sector.

• Managed complete business process transformation projects for various supply chain, logistics and distribution companies.

• Managed organizational change with large organizations and acted as the change management champion, overseeing the day-to-day running of the organization post implementation.

• Managed the Customer Success team with a goal to ensure our customers maximize the value they get out of their investment in PdMAIN’s software solutions and to build deep and trusted stakeholder relationships. The scope of this role included all of our enterprise customers, across all verticals in the Americas and EMEA regions. Also worked closely with company leaders in sales, product, marketing and finance to ensure strong alignment across our company.
