Although I have spent more then 25 years in supply chain and distribution, my experience in healthcare has been primarily with Cardinal Health.
Here are some details of my work in healthcare:
Facilitator of the Canada Leadership Team, leading the development, planning and execution of the 5-year strategy.
Established and managed a new PMO for Canada, while partnering with corporate PMO in the US and was able to create a more simpler and robust delivery framework to meet both local and corporate needs.
Established a project delivery and governance framework, linking strategy with execution. I also led an enterprise change management program including developing the vision, mission, strategic pillars and goals in collaboration with the executive team.
Responsible for launching and managing the B2B & B2C eCommerce businesses and established Cardinal Health as a leader in the Canadian digital healthcare space. We launched the B2B eCommerce site on the HCL Commerce (formerly IBM web commerce) platform and a successful pilot B2C site in Ontario on the “Shopify” platform in 2019.
Responsible for the enterprise systems team and managed multiple program enterprise applications implementation and improvement programs across ERP (JD Edwards etc.), CRM (Salesforce), Warehouse Management System (AIMS), Transportation Management System (Tecsys), EDI, etc.
Introduced and Implemented ‘Agile’ (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies in technology and non-technology settings across the organization.

Designed, planned, setup and managed a scalable and consistent project delivery and governance framework with over a $35M portfolio, across the enterprise (multiple business units) and scaled up the PMO to double the size to a team of twenty (20) in the first year.
Led and facilitated the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) initiative globally including the current state assessment, process definitions, rollout planning and post roll out engagement program.
Responsible for setting up the Integration Management Office (IMO) with processes and templates to manage integration of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and led the planning and execution of two (2) acquisitions in the first year.

Established and evolved a Project Management Office (PMO), aligning and implementing project delivery and governance framework aligned with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Managed a $30M portfolio of multiyear transformational initiatives, including multi-year strategy planning, annual business planning, project management and technology operational management across the breadth of the Global Technology Services & Solutions group (GTSS).
Championed Agile transformation by building a team of ‘Agile’ Coaches and Scrum Masters for the student lending portfolio

Implemented and championed ‘Agile’ (Scrum) and revamped and relaunched the B2B eCommerce site.

Established a Project Management Office (PMO), responsible for creating, implementing and managing a project management methodology (processes, best practices, tools, and templates) across the organization to deliver repeatable results.

Responsible for execution of the organizational strategy by connecting the strategic pillars and goals with projects.
Established the Project Management Office (PMO) and implemented the Open Agile methodology.
Led the implementation of NetSuite ERP system including financials and CRM, increasing the system adoption from 40% to 90%.
Conceived and led a digital transformational program, TNG (the Next Generation) to revamp the technology stack of the product offering at Workopolis.

Delivered over 20 high-profile ERP implementation projects in supply chain management, logistics, distribution, warehouse management space with a special focus in the areas of export packing for automotive sector..
Managed complete business process transformation projects for various supply chain, logistics and distribution companies.
Managed organizational change with large organizations and acted as the change management champion, overseeing the day-to-day running of the organization post implementation.
